Cheer classes are 50 minutes long, and teach students how to tumble, stunt, dance and learn the basic movements of a cheerleading. This class can be used to help prepare for cheer team tryouts or be used in addition to regular school team practices. The class is designed for 8 to 12 students; and stunting is done in groups of 4. Individual students receive direct attention to allow them to work on the specific skills they need in order to meet their individual goals.
WARM UP FOR 10 MINUTES
Tag and running games to get the heart pumping. This time will be used to teach good
technique on basic stretches and exercises they can do at home. Multiple classes will warm up and stretch together, before breaking into their individual groups.
