To ensure that all of our athletes remain safe personal distancing we have redesigned our summer schedule. June 1-15 there will only be 6 athletes in the gym at a time and that number will slowly increase to up to 12 as we can safely do so.

All of our gymnastics classes are 50 minutes of intense, but fun, activities on each of the four gymnastics apparatus. All classes are designed to keep your kids moving and engaged and expose them the fundamentals of the sport.
After your athlete's 50 minutes of hard work, we do a quick visit to the Character Corner. During this optional 5 minutes, we introduce a new character word and ask the children to complete a homework assignment. This will help them learn to exemplify the character trait in their everyday lives. So don't be surprised if your child is determined to brush their teeth every night without being told (self-discipline) or if they want to do something special for a sibling (loving)!
10 MINUTES OF WARM UP
Tag and running games to get the heart pumping. This time will be used to teach good technique on basic stretches and exercises they can do at home. All classes warm up at the same time, then they break into the individual classes of six for the actual class.
12 MINUTES ON CIRCUIT (FLOOR/TUMBLE TRACK)
This will consist of several tumbling stations, so every student stays active and moves through different activities.
12 MINUTES ON CIRCUIT (BARS)
This will consist of several stations that work on skills relating to building strength and skills that are important for bar work.
12 MINUTES ON CIRCUIT (BEAM)
Beam work will include multiple challenges to improve balance and confidence.
COOL DOWN AND CHARACTER CORNER
The classes are 50 minutes, and then we take the next 5 minutes to talk about our character trait for the month. Your student can choose whether to stay for those additional 5 minutes.
