Tumbling
Our tumbling and acro classes focus on building strong fundamentals, proper technique, and mechanical efficiency so athletes can safely progress in their skills. Our curriculum and lesson plans are intentionally designed by our Leadership Team.

Beginner Tumbling: Zero experience necessary

Intermediate Tumbling: Handstand, Cartwheel, bridge, handstand flatback.

Advanced: Back Handspring over a barrel, bridge Kick over, round off, Handstand land in a bridge
Acro
Our Acro class focuses on building strong fundamentals, proper technique, and mechanical efficiency so athletes can safely progress through the popular acro skills used by dancers. This class places an emphasis on the following skills:
