XCEL Team

While the focus of our gymnastics program is recreational, we do want to offer those who have mastered the basics the opportunity to experience competing on a team. There are many benefits to team participation such as learning to encourage one another, getting to use skills in sequence to create routines for performance, greater confidence, and the satisfaction of setting and meeting personal as well as team goals.

We currently have 2 competition teams: Xcel Bronze (utilizing Level 1-3 skills) and Xcel Silver (utilizing Level 3 and 4 skills).  These practices meet on Friday evenings.
